At Acendra Labs, we work to ensure every order is processed, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining the proper handling requirements for our research products.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within the stated processing timeframe after payment has been successfully received and verified. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, tracking information will be provided within approximately 24 hours, when available.

Orders placed outside normal processing hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

Friday Dispatches

To help maintain appropriate product handling and minimize unnecessary delays during weekend transit, Acendra Labs does not dispatch eligible temperature-sensitive orders on Fridays.

Orders that would otherwise be dispatched on a Friday may be safely held and shipped on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 24–48 hours, depending on the delivery location and courier route.

Major delivery areas may receive orders sooner, while regional or outlying locations may require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment has been booked with the courier, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
